A 5-minute walk from Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi Station. Take photos at SEN Izumi Gallery, overlooking Kiyamachi Street and the Takase River. As it’s just a short walk from the Kamo River, you can also take photos on the riverbank at no extra charge.
