  • Q. Can I cancel a scheduled photo shoot?

    If you wish to cancel your photo shoot, please contact us via the inquiry form or email. Your cancellation will be confirmed once you receive a cancellation confirmation email from SEN PHOTOGRAPHY.
    Please note that a cancellation fee will apply depending on the date you request the cancellation, as follows:

    Up to 3 months in advance
    : No charge
    1 to 3 months in advance
    : 30% of the payment amount
    2 weeks to 1 month in advance
    : 50% of the payment amount
    2 days to 2 weeks in advance
    : 80% of the payment amount
    The day before or on the day
    : 100% of the payment amount
  • Q. What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?

    A.
    If it rains on the day of the shoot, we will proceed as scheduled unless we receive a cancellation notice.
    In such cases, we will use umbrellas or shoot in covered areas as needed.
    If you wish to reschedule due to weather conditions, please contact us at least seven days in advance via the inquiry form or email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Q. What languages do you support?

    We support English and Japanese. All email communications regarding applications will be handled in English. On the day of the shoot, an interpreter will assist you in English.

  • Q. Do I need to bring anything on the day of the shoot?

    A.
    You do not need to bring anything. All necessary accessories are provided at the studio, so you can come empty-handed.

  • Q. How will I receive the photo data?

    A.
    The photo data will be sent via email approximately two weeks after the date of the shoot.
